Bennett Foreign Language Program (BFLP)Foreign FestThursday, May 12th7:00-8:30 p.m.Bennett Cafeteria The BFLP will hold its annual Foreign Fest on Thursday, May 12th. Parents, come watch your children perform with their foreign language classmates. Sample tasty treats from different countries. Join us for a fun and entertaining evening.

lunch time we are selling the following in the cafeteria. ALL FOR ONLY $1 EACH!
* Hope
bracelets, purple in color which signifies all cancer. Cost: $1 (adult and youth sizes available)
* Luminaria bags: remember a loved one by dedicating a luminaria candle to be lit
during the 10pm special ceremony on May 14. Decorate your own bag and name the
person you are honoring "in memory of" or "celebrating
life". (take home, decorate and return to Ms. Gilbert)
* Stars and Moons to name your special
person and sign your name in support of them. These will be hung here at
Bennett.
Don't
forget, the class raising the most amount of money will win a pizza party!
Donation buckets are available in each classroom. Remember: We are raising
money for cancer research which has touched many of our lives in various ways. Let's help find a cure! Team captains: Zoe Fernyhough, Allison Byrne and

COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP AVAILABLE Do you have or know of a current high school senior attending one of the Bellevue high schools? The Bennett PTSA traditionally offers a $500 college scholarship to a graduating senior who attended Bennett Elementary.
